Modular Construction

Utilising Pantex’s innovative modular construction techniques, each room arrived on-site fitted complete with cabinetry and furnishings. The ensuite bathrooms were also pre-fabricated and delivered ready for installation. This approach enhanced efficiency, resulting in a high-quality finish while minimising construction time.

To provide exceptional acoustic separation, all units were constructed on portable concrete slabs, complete with noise-dampening dividing walls. This design allowed for the concrete bases to be positioned directly on prepared footings, significantly enhancing installation speed and quality.

The initial construction phase, including 75 rooms, laundry facilities, and administrative offices, was completed in just 12 weeks. The team expertly managed the commissioning and start-up of both the accommodation village and the on-site restaurant, ensuring a smooth transition from development to operation.
