Designed by Ellivo Architects, the building reflects two distinct architectural languages; a robust masonry podium at its base, anchoring the development within the local streetscape, and a lighter, steel-and glass tower that rises above without imposing on the surrounding area. The podium, seamlessly integrated with Petrie Place Park, blurs the boundary between built environment and nature. Green edges around the building’s base brings the park’s verdant elements into communal spaces, enhancing the living experience.

Environmentally Conscious

Pantex’s commitment to sustainability is evident in the project’s passive design principles. The open corridors allow cross-ventilation, while solar fins reduce heat, transforming the building into a naturally cooled and lit space. Large recesses ensure that natural light reaches deep into the building, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and creating a comfortable living environment.

The state-of-the-art accommodation offers a range of living configurations to suit different student needs, from self-contained studio apartments to shared rooms and six-bed units. The development includes a two-level basement with 52 carparks, ensuring convenience and accessibility for residents.
