BHP Administration Office & Amenities Building
Location: Blackwater Qld
Client: BMA
The administration and amenities building of 2200m² incorporated pre-constructed module modules on pre-cast concrete bases for all labour intensive and technically detailed components. A slab on ground construction with pre-finished walls was used for the remainder. This project framed the successful integration of offsite manufacture and rapid on site construction in a remote location.
Rio Tinto Administration Building
Location: Clermont Qld
Client: Rio Tinto
The construction of the new Rio Tinto office facility and associated bath house/change room for mining staff. Total office area was 1700m². The project involved a combination of modular and site construction where major complex elements were pre-constructed offsite to reduce site works, construction time and cost. This remote project was successfully completed due to the high detail of project management applied.
Macquarie University Accommodation Village

Client: Macquarie University
Pantex supplied and installed 74 student accommodation houses for Macquarie University in Sydney. Construction utilised a number of innovative construction techniques that were able to improve construction time, cost and increased safety.
Olympic Media Village
Location: Sydney NSW
Client: SOCOG
404 ensuited accommodation studio rooms were supplied and constructed for the Sydney Olympic Media Village. A production rate of 4 rooms per day (3 modules) was achieve throughout the project, ensuring an efficient build.
