FEATURE PROJECT – North Ridge Estate

Location:    Calliope (Gladstone Region), Qld

Client:         Pantex own development project with Panorama Homes

North Ridge Housing

Pantex identified the Calliope region as an ideal location for potential medium to long term growth driven by surrounding industry activities. The 10 ha broad acre site was identified as a potential development site and Pantex proceeded to conduct a concept feasibility study. The site was purchased without a development approval and required rezoning.

Pantex successfully obtained four separate development approvals making up the 142 home residential estate that it is today.  Pantex created a modern housing estate with contemporary and designer homes set in peaceful surrounding s wit a true community feel, including the implementation of walkways to schools, shops and local activities.

House and land packages (built by Panorama Homes) comprise of 3,4 and 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, air-conditioning, double lock-up garages, stone bench tops, two pack cabinetry and quality stainless steel fittings throughout.

Dalton Street Village

Location:    Kippa Ring, Qld

Client:         Pantex


The Dalton Street project was the construction of 60 independent living retirement units and civil works.  This was a 100% site build Pantex project

BMA Residential Housing

Location:    Dysart and Blackwater, Qld

Client:         BMA


This project involved multiple contracts for the installation of 49 stand alone homes in Dysart and Blackwater for BMA staff requirements.  Fifteen of the homes were located on one site which involved civil works.  This project was a combination of offsite modular building and onsite construction.

Comalco Rental Housing

Location:    Gladstone, Qld

Client:         Comalco, Bechtel


To meet the rending needs of Comalco/Bechtel supporting the Yarwin Alumina Refinery project, 50 four bedroom houses were constructed. Investors were sourced to help fund the project.  Homes were constructed to agreed finishes and inclusions, and Pantex undertook the sales process in a way that was transparent to the client.
